We offer 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30-year term loans as well as customized rate terms. Borrowers Choice Mortgage can customize fixed terms in any 1-year increment from 10 to 30 years. For example, we can do a 27, 18 or 13-year customized term. These are ideal if you want to refinance but don’t want your rate to change in a term for more than 1 year of your current term.
